FABRIC FILTERS
The reverse air cleaning system used on all Parker fabric filters eliminates completely the need for compressed air.
Contaminated bags are cleaned by inducing a reverse flow of atmospheric air sequentially across a section or group of bags at a time resulting in less wear and longer bag life.
Parker asphalt plant running costs and fuel consumption are also significantly reduced as all exhaust fan motors are inverter controlled.Emission levels are guaranteed to be less than 10 mg/m3.
STATIC FILTERS
Transportable, modular bag filters can usually be configured with sufficient storage capacity for collected dust beneath the bag housing to enable the dust to be returned to the asphalt plant without the need for an independent reclaimed filler silo.
MOBILE FILTERS
Mobile filters have the same filtering efficiency as static units and are designed for semi-trailer towing where mobility is paramount.
