Mobile Impact Crushers

The Parker KubitRanger is designed to provide a very stable operating platform for any of the range of Kubitizer Impact breakers while at the same time giving the user the flexibility to easily move the crushers from one position in the quarry to another or to relocate to other sites with the minimum of disruption. Fitted with the 40 tph Model 102, the 100 tph Model 103 or the 200 tph Model 105, arrangements are available with all-electric motor drives for use in quarries with grid supply or generating sets. Alternatively, self-contained diesel powered units with heavy duty air filtration can be offered for totally independent operations. The KA series feature the Kubitizer crusher mounted on a chassis arranged for semi-trailer towing. The KE Series is similar but includes a chassis mounted forward product conveyor and can have the option of an integral single or double- deck scalping screen to remove and prevent dirt or undersize material entering the crusher.
