The Kubitizer is the genuine Parker fixed hammer impact crusher for the production of high quality, high strength cubical shaped aggregates in secondary or tertiary, low abrasion applications.
No shear or compressive crushing action takes place and every stone is broken by impact forces at its weakest point to provide an exceptionally strong and well shaped product.
Available in three sizes, the well proven original Parker ‘Kubitizer’ Impact breaker produces material with outputs ranging from 40-200 tonnes per hour and is ideal for working in a composite crushing arrangement with Parker primary crushing plants, screens and conveyors.

The HD model impactor crusher is designed and included into the Parker range of crushing equipment to handle a multitude of process applications where primary, secondary and tertiary processing of materials is required.
From highly abrasive materials such as sandstones, gravel, cement slag, furnace waste, glass, granite and basalts to the recycling of asphalt, building and demolition materials and concrete, and through to the lighter and medium-low silica materials that include limestone, shale, coal and others the HD impact crusher can be adapted to suit and make an effective solution.
The models of HD impact crushers are featured within the Parker tracked units, along with the standard configurations of static and mobile/transportable options for modular plant layouts and allow for easily moveable units with rapid production set up with capacities in excess of 300tph. The crushers include machines with two and four bar rotors and the design and materials used for blow bars and wear liner plates provide maximum wear / metal utilisation factors.
Impact arms of the crusher are hydraulically adjusted to control the product size output and rate of production and the large cross section of both feed and discharge crusher openings provides free-flow of the material process whilst minimising blocking of any slabby feed materials and clogging at the exit point. The full hydraulic opening of the crusher also making routine maintenance and repair/service easy to carry out.

Mobile Impact CrushersKubitRanger KA
The Parker KubitRanger is designed to provide a very stable operating platform for any of the range of Kubitizer impact breakers while at the same time giving the user the flexibility to easily move the crushers from one position in the quarry to another or to relocate to other sites with the minimum of disruption.
The 40 tph Model 102, 100 tph Model 103 or the 200 tph Model 105 are available with all-electric motor drives for use in quarries with grid supply or generating sets. Alternatively, self-contained diesel powered units with heavy duty air filtration can be offered for totally independent operations.
